Repair Facility
mikeWe service most of the products we sell, and can usually repair other brands as well. Our technical staff have attended many seminars and schools covering both broad general concepts as well as specific pieces of equipment. If we are unable to accomplish the repair internally, we can send the unit out to one of several other locations for repair. This is often convenient for customers who prefer to have a limited number of billing accounts and to obviate the need for paying C.O.D. and other charges in cash.

We provide in-shop bench repair as well as on-site field maintenance and repair. Please contact Technical Support for a customized quotation for field service.

  • TV Cameras
    We have the necessary light box, charts, extender boards, service manuals, lighting and test equipment to repair and align many TV cameras.
  • Video Tape Machines
    We have most common alignment tapes and jigs for UMatic (3/4"), VHS, BetaCAM and DVC Pro video tape machines. We can outsource the repair of other formats like Hi-8 and M-II.
  • Switchers, DVE's & more
    We have experience servicing most models of Grass Valley analog switchers, as well as many routing switchers, DVE's, TBC's, etc. Please contact us with your needs.
